Thought Provoking Poached Eggs

This recipe adds extra protein to the popular avocado toast. Adding a poached egg to the top of your toast gives your brain a boost.  Plus, poaching eggs give the food a very different flavor from scrambling or baking eggs.   This  Poached Egg and Avocado Toast recipe is simple, delicious and healthy. It also provides the brain health needed to  consider important life choices.
